Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Feed Mixer Operator to join our team at TWI Foods Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate machinery to process and bag, box, or otherwise package food products, adhering to company standards and quality control procedures.
  • Corrective Actions: Perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Production Monitoring: Record production information, observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Quality Control: Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Shift Log: Maintain a shift log of production and other data, providing accurate records for management review.
  • Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines, ensuring proper functioning and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, with a focus on food processing and packaging.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
