Job Title: ERP Implementation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of our Epicor ERP system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and accounting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Epicor ERP system across all sites
  • Define and prioritize enhancements to the Epicor system, manage the implementation process with internal and external resources
  • Review and optimize Epicor SOPs to ensure consistency between sites
  • Implement internal software (Maintenance and Purchasing) across all sites
  • Implement one invoice approval software and EFT across all sites
  • Review current 3rd party bolt-ons to Epicor vs. using Epicor modules
  • Review and recommend Epicor modules or other software tools to improve business performance and deliver cost savings

Requirements:

  • Experience using Epicor
  • Minimum of 5 years in an IT/Accounting role, with a proven ability to lead change, develop people, and manage projects
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage projects remotely
  • High level of technology competency - Epicor, Power BI, Excel
  • Minimally, an undergraduate degree in Business or IT. Ideally, a CPA
  • Ability to travel within North America as required
  • Bi-lingual with high French and English competencies
