Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2444125 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Merchandising and Sales: Assist in the planning and execution of visual merchandising displays, sales promotions, and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking environment with air conditioning.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment with a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
