About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd. as a Financial Record Keeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining internal record-keeping systems and keeping logs.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computerized bookkeeping systems and data entry software.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and attention to detail is essential. The work language is English.
