Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers on medication and health-related matters
  • Practice to full scope in providing professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in the maintenance of the dispensary
  • Manage the operations of the Pharmacy while on duty, including workflow and inventory management
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals within the circle of care to provide customer care
  • Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy
Requirements:
  • Independent thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Pharmacy systems
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
