Job Summary

The Accounting Technician will play a key role in the complete accounting cycle of our clients, including planning, preparation, and analysis of financial information.

Responsibilities
  • Complete the accounting cycle for clients, including financial statement preparation and analysis;
  • Plan and prepare the accounting cycle, from opening to closing;
  • Prepare year-end files and ensure the integrity of financial information;
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare various government reports (T.P.S., T.V.Q., D.A.S., etc.);
  • Produce financial analysis reports on demand;
  • Assume other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Acomba software;
  • Knowledge of SAGE software;
  • Master of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of tax software (Atout);
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written); English (asset).
About the Role

We are looking for a person with good organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong team spirit.

Work Environment
  • Full-time, permanent position;
  • Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour;
