Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. O/A Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
