  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Process parts orders accurately and follow up with clients regarding order status.
  • Complete sales transactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and recommend appropriate ordering quantities to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Handle part returns promptly and courteously.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Possesses experience or knowledge in the field of heavy vehicle parts, parts sales, or a related industry.
  • Is proficient with computer systems and software.
  • Has a basic understanding of English for written communication.
