POSITION DETAILS

St. Augustine School in Kitsilano is seeking a Grade 3 Teacher for a full-time role for the academic year. Candidates should possess a background in primary education and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with the teacher in our other Grade 3 class (we operate as a double-stream institution), Education Assistants, parents, and fellow educators. The ideal candidate will also engage with the school's extracurricular activities and participate actively in the school community. Familiarity with primary literacy instruction, proficiency in technology—especially with platforms like SeeSaw and Google Classroom—and experience with programs such as Reading and Writing Power, Reading A-Z, PM Benchmarks, and Second Step are valuable assets.
