About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Ardron Landscapes Inc. for a seasonal position. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our landscapes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of landscapes, including pruning, weeding, and mulching.
  • Operate various equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers, to maintain landscapes.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as digging, hauling, and lifting, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability to work a 35 to 45 hour work week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
