About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Labourer to join our team at B.I.T Sheet Metal Ltd. as a helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Transport Materials: Transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Prepare and Maintain Materials: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Perform Labouring Tasks: Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.
  • Physical Demands: The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
