Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking charge of the situation and ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities and maintenance, to ensure a seamless and secure environment.
  • Monitor and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs for security officers, ensuring they are equipped to handle a range of security situations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of security procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and security logs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in security.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
  • Proof of Covid-19 double vaccination.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • SMART SERVE Certification.
