Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in a vibrant culinary environment. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience and have a passion for preparing diverse dishes.
Work EnvironmentThis role is situated in a bustling restaurant setting, where you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes.
- Accommodating customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Creating special meals as directed by dietary professionals.
- Inspecting kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records.
- Cleaning and organizing kitchen and work areas.
- Coordinating buffets and banquets.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Cuisine Specialties: Knowledge in Cantonese, Thai, Filipino, and Vietnamese cuisines is preferred.
Work ConditionsThe position requires:
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods.
