About the Role

Pioneer Press Ltd. is seeking a skilled Colour Copier Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Regularly clean and maintain our high-speed colour copiers to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair issues with our printing equipment, replacing worn parts as needed to minimize production disruptions.
  • Review Work Orders: Carefully review work orders to determine job specifications and ensure accurate setup and execution of print runs.
  • Operate and Monitor Equipment: Set up and operate our printing machines, making adjustments as needed to achieve high-quality prints.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of paper, plastic, and other materials to ensure seamless production.
Requirements
  • Commercial Printing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with commercial printing equipment, preferably high-speed colour copiers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
