Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of food expenses, usage, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Introduce and demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of specialized chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
  • Develop and innovate unique recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation skills.
  • Prepare and cook meals for special events and banquets.
  • Manage and order kitchen supplies efficiently.
  • Consult with clients regarding their specific catering needs for events.
  • Plan and coordinate food preparation across multiple dining establishments.
  • Recruit, hire, and provide training for new kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food quality standards and regulations.
