About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Industrial Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Assembly and Maintenance
    • Assemble and install mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, and fans.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair
    • Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts.
    • Use blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Fabrication and Installation
    • Fabricate parts required for equipment overhaul, maintenance, or setup.
    • Install and test new equipment and systems.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
    • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement.
  • Experience and Skills
    • 5 years or more of experience in industrial equipment assembly and maintenance.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
