Job Summary

As a Sales Stylist at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment. This part-time opportunity requires a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts, to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.'s history and heritage to provide informed product knowledge to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by connecting with customers, consulting on product needs, and closing sales.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and performance goals daily, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with cash handling guidelines, store security, safety, and loss prevention programs to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed.
  • Participate in pricing of merchandise and assist with physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain store appearance in accordance with Levi Strauss & Co.'s visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
