About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Peter Cowan. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
