Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed by external contractors.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
