About the Role

Pendylum Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Controller - Financial Services Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in financial management, business operations, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective management of company resources.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Business Operations
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of business operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business operations.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company-wide strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, business operations, or strategic planning.
  • Skills
    • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
