Your Future Role
- Manage procurement of both inventory and non-inventory items.
- Utilize MRP systems to extract and analyze data for order placement.
- Confirm orders through supplier communications.
- Monitor order statuses with suppliers and keep MRP updated.
- Identify and rectify instances of non-compliance.
- Source alternative suppliers in the event of product shortages.
- Facilitate communication and information exchange with engineering, production, and finance teams.
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field accompanied by 3-5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism in interactions with customers and suppliers.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with ERP systems in a purchasing context is a plus.
- Fluency in English for effective communication.
