About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agent to join our team at Continental Travel Group Ltd. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Planning: Investigate new travel areas, hotels, and other amenities to provide clients with the best possible travel experiences.
  • Customer Service: Manage difficult situations with customers, provide travel information, and answer questions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Travel Sales: Sell travel products and travel insurance to clients, and make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
  • Travel Information: Provide clients with information on destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in the travel industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
