The Healthcare Professional:

•Delivers high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.

•Provides expert nursing care, consulting and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

•Stays up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advances own clinical competence to provide exceptional patient care.

•Participates in hospital committees and research projects to contribute to the improvement of patient care and outcomes.

This is a casual opportunity, meaning hours are not guaranteed and may vary, with shifts scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Shifts are typically days, 11:30-18:00, and are scheduled based on the needs of the facility.
