About the RoleTANGERINE INVESTMENTS INC is seeking a skilled Horse Trainer to join our team. As a Horse Trainer, you will be responsible for handling animals, ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, and maintaining livestock performance records.
Key Responsibilities- Train horses to maintain their performance and health
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the horses and other animals on the farm
- Maintain accurate records of livestock performance and health
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve farm goals
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically demanding work environment
- Standing for extended periods and walking
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Travel expenses paid by employer
- Staff accommodation available
- Opportunity to work with a variety of horses and animals
The Horse Trainer will work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and walking. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
