Administer and Interpret Standardized Intelligence, Aptitude, and Interest TestsAdminister and interpret standardized tests to help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
Refer Students to Other Specialized Services When RequiredIdentify students who may require additional support and refer them to specialized services as needed.

Develop Guidance and Counselling ProgramsDesign and implement guidance and counselling programs to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Arrange for Recruitment of Graduating Students by EmployersFacilitate connections between graduating students and potential employers to support career advancement.
Supervise Peer Counselling ProgramsOversee peer counselling programs to ensure students are receiving high-quality support.
Supervise Field Experience for Graduate Students in Clinical and Counselling AreasProvide guidance and support to graduate students participating in field experience in clinical and counselling areas.
Prepare and Deliver Presentations at Conferences, Workshops, and SymposiaDevelop and deliver presentations to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and industry professionals.
Work Term: PermanentThis is a permanent position with CIMT College.
Work Language: EnglishThis role requires proficiency in English.
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per weekThis position requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week.
