Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Circle K, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Educational Requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead staff, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Conduct professional development sessions for staff.
  • Authorize payment transactions.
  • Design and implement engaging displays for various retail settings.
  • Manage inventory orders and returns.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules.
  • Drive merchandise sales through effective strategies.
  • Compile reports on sales performance and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges.
