Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up equipment and supplies to customer worksites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a vehicle with a gross weight of less than 26,000 pounds in various driving conditions, including construction zones, urban, suburban, and rural traffic.
  • Deliver and pick up equipment and supplies to customer worksites in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely paperwork is completed for all deliveries and pickups.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of tools and equipment based on assigned store's fleet.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual speakers may be required at some locations.
  • Related experience in roles such as Roll-Back Driver, Flatbed Driver, Delivery Driver, Route Driver, Box Truck Driver, Stakebody Driver, Appliance Delivery.
