I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in Montreal, for the position of Engineering Project Manager - Permanent position, 40 hours per week.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Start, support and manage all engineering projects.
  2. Lead engineering teams and coordinate the various stakeholders.
  3. Design precise strategies, taking into account deadlines, costs and resources required.
  4. Monitor project progress through regular reports and identify risks.
  5. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  6. Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and offer innovative technical solutions.

Profile Sought:
  1. Degree in mechanical engineering, or any other relevant field
  2. OIQ member, ING or CPI designation
  3. 5 years' significant experience in engineering project management
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software
  5. Excellent time management, communication and proactive problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure
  6. Bilingualism (French and English)
  7. Experience in metal processing or transportation is an asset

Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience

Weekday position, permanent and face-to-face, full insurance and company RRSP.
