¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Realizar actividades de calidad en ensamblajes de tuberías (AB-83). Efectuar controles visuales y físicos de dimensiones en los ensamblajes finales, incluyendo soldaduras, recepción de materiales y caras de brida. Coordinación de NDE, incluyendo la identificación de soldaduras que requieren NDE. Asegurar que toda la información relevante haya sido capturada, incluyendo procedimientos de soldadura, ID de soldador, NDE y redacción de informes. Mantener documentos de calidad de acuerdo con los manuales y procedimientos de calidad establecidos. Coordinar con los miembros del equipo en las tareas diarias de QC funcional. Construir paquetes de entrega con planes de inspección y prueba (ITP) y ser responsable del ciclo de vida de los documentos de QC del proyecto (de principio a fin).¿Te identificas con esto?
Educación técnica (WET o MET) o certificación de Journeyperson es un activo. Conocimiento profundo de los requisitos de los códigos ASME y CSA (Asociación Canadiense de Normas). Opciones disponibles para DSP (PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIO DIRECTO) o contratistas. Experiencia previa en fabricación de tuberías. CSA W 178.2 Nivel I o II con endosos aplicables al código de trabajo.
