Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Leggat Dealer Management Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, discussing work with supervisors, and performing scheduled maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Locate faults and malfunctions in mechanical units and test automotive systems and components.
- Discuss Work with Supervisor: Collaborate with supervisors to discuss work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance Services: Complete routine maintenance tasks on motor vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Estimate Parts and Labour Costs: Accurately estimate costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Complete Reports: Record problems and work performed in detailed reports.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
