About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Det'on Cho Bouwa Whee Catering LP. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to prevent dust and dirt buildup
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and hygienic sleeping environment
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests and staff
    • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene
    • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized premises
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Guest Services
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service
    • Provide basic information on facilities to guests and staff
  • Health and Safety
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner
