Key Responsibilities:

•Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
•Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
•Prepare meals in accordance with designated plans
•Assist with mobility and transfers
•Observe and report changes in client behavior and condition
