The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team in Assiniboia. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accurately recording all work and maintaining a high level of quality
  • Repairing, servicing, or assembling all types of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, and other equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Apprentice Level 2 to Journeyman status in Agricultural Equipment Technician or equivalent training and experience
  • Proficiency with all tools of the trade, including electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, engine, power-train, and air conditioning systems for all types of farm machinery
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including working in a fast-paced environment and lifting heavy equipment
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested
