Position Overview

The Full-Time Warehouse Order Selector plays a vital role in the operations of PepsiCo Foods Canada, significantly contributing to the logistics and distribution aspects of our business. This position requires ensuring the precision of the orders being processed while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks.

Compensation: $ per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhering to established Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
  • Participating in team meetings within the warehouse as necessary.
  • Accurately and efficiently fulfilling orders.
  • Engaging in safety training and implementing safe work practices.

Work Schedule: Morning Shift (Friday-Tuesday)

Required Qualifications
  • Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in operations or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift and carry weights between 45-60 lbs consistently for 8-12 hours daily.
  • Capability to push or pull up to 80 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and grasp continuously.
  • Completion of Safety and Quality/Food Safety training, along with adherence to safety policies relevant to the role.
