Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Collaborate with the store manager and assistant manager to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and implement visual merchandising displays.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
