  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards by implementing effective inventory management and food handling procedures.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer service standards are met by providing exceptional service and responding to customer feedback.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and manage budgets, including food and supply costs.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
