Position Overview

The Vice President of Energy Operations will play a crucial role in steering the strategic direction of our energy initiatives at Sandborn Roofs & Seals Inc. This leadership position requires a blend of operational expertise and visionary planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, personnel, and financial resources to align with organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and oversee the creation of significant departments along with senior staff appointments.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Implement financial and administrative controls, endorse promotional strategies, and approve comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Strategic Objectives: Define organizational goals and either formulate or endorse relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
Travel Requirements

Candidates must be willing to travel internationally as part of their role.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant field is required.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
