We're seeking a talented Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

About the Role:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing, dispensing, and controlling medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs
  • Counseling patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and professional manner
  • Creating awareness and educating customers through public relations and community-based marketing strategies
  • Providing timely and positive resolution to patients' needs and doctors' requests/issues
  • Reviewing and controlling costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy
  • Providing ongoing training for new and existing Pharmacy colleagues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
  • Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL/Health Watch Pharmacy Computer system
