About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pet Valu. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping pet parents find the right products for their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their pet needs and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
