We're seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates for a seasonal period. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of our popular beverages throughout Canada, getting them into the hands of consumers who love them.
What We Look For
You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a strong work ethic. Teamwork is essential to you, and you take pride in your ability to contribute effectively within a team setting. Safety is paramount, and you understand the importance of adhering to strict protocols.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare client orders using an automated Voice Pick system for accuracy and efficiency.
- Construct secure and stable pallets to ensure safe transportation of products.
- Handle products weighing up to 60 lbs., demonstrating physical strength and stamina.
- Load and unload trucks, contributing to the seamless movement of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Follow instructions from team leaders precisely and effectively.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. repetitively for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
- Basic writing and mathematical skills for accurate completion of paperwork.
Additional Assets
- Experience operating walkie riders or forklifts.
- Previous warehouse experience.
