Job Title: Sewing Machine Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sikh Virasat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sewing department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement work schedules to meet production deadlines
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sewing machine operators, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of finished products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal production levels
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and productivity
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a sewing or manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions, with a focus on quality and productivity
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on education and training
