- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments given, including client information and treatment details.
- Soft Tissue Manipulation: Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation and alleviate pain.
- Client Education: Provide clients with home care instructions and information about techniques used during the massage.
- Certification: Hold certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
- Residency: Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
- Commission: Earn a competitive commission on services provided.
