About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Assistant to join our team at Toor Electrical Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Read blueprints and technical documents to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working order.
  • Respond to and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants in a timely and safe manner.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the project.
