Tolko Industries is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Plant Manager in our Meadow Lake OSB Division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality OSB products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to site management teams
- Develop and implement operational plans to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage the divisional budget and provide variance analysis
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, operations management)
