Assistant Department Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Department Manager to join our team at Rochdi's Your Independent Grocer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, determining staffing requirements, and resolving issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
- Determine staffing requirements based on business needs
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure quality and productivity
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
Experience:We are looking for someone with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of operations management principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
