Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Résidences des Bâtisseurs - Place Belvédère. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residences.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
