About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Tony Battista Paving Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surfaces according to grade and depth specifications
  • Working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work in dusty, cold, and hot environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work at heights
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
