Job Title: Room Attendant

Join The Water Tower Inn team as a Room Attendant and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that rooms are clean and tidy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including public spaces and back-of-house areas.
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and disinfection of rooms and public areas, as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
