We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for customers, utilizing a holistic approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on investment and borrowing solutions, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-standing relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering against individual and team goals while prioritizing a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving growth and revenue in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
