Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees and develop their skills to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production levels, quality control, and other key performance indicators.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Control: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, review their progress, and provide feedback to ensure that goals are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless operation of the organization.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, innovation.
  • Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
